I am a fourth-year industrial-organizational psychology and statistics undergraduate student at San Diego State University. Currently, my research interests include the experience of workplace groups that have been previously underrepresented in scientific literature. I am also an active member of the Gamma Sigma chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta, and I serve as the VP of DEI working to nourish the formation of a strong and supportive culture.
