Montse is an international student from Paraguay majoring in Marketing and Social Responsibility and Sustainability. She is passionate about business as a vehicle for creating positive social and environmental impact, and hopes to build a career around doing something that is meaningful. Through her research, Montse wishes to amplify the voices of those who are most of the time unheard. That way, helping create a more inclusive workplace for everyone.
